"Justin was my agent. I bought four policies from them: homeowners, car, personal liability, and umbrella. I was misinformed about the minimum liability coverage requirements on my other policies (rentals) to issue umbrella coverage. I adjusted all my other policies from $500,000 to $300,000 (the minimum required) only to be notified later that it's actually $500,000, not $300,000, and the umbrella coverage couldn't be issued. It took me a lot of time to adjust my other rental policies as some lenders only operate by mail! It has been months, and I had to call five times to get the refund for the canceled policies. I am still waiting on the commercial umbrella refund. What really got to me was the lack of follow-up from their side, requiring me to call repeatedly. I simply don't have the time."

"In the past two months, my home address has been changed twice, without my consent or knowledge. I had absolutely nothing to do with it. So, now I have auto and renter’s insurance, at an address I don’t even live at! I also discovered that there’s a vehicle on my policy which I don’t even own, or drive. Unbelievable. Incompetent, at best. I will transfer my policies to a different agent, or leave State Farm entirely. They simply don’t deserve the business! ETA: What a liar, you are so full of it!! If you don’t even know who I am, how did I receive a voicemail about this Google review yesterday? Anyways, you’re dismissed! I have changed to another agent. Good riddance!! Zero stars."
