"Average experience for 2+ years until it was time to discuss why my homeowners policy had increased over 40%. Contacted their office 4 times and couldn't get a response. Coupled with State Farm's questionable claims practices and lawsuits, it was time to leave."

"I’ve been insured with State Farm for years. Although I have been confused by their billing, overall I have been satisfied with this State Farm office. In the past had a go to agent but she is no longer there, I have switched to another agent, Genna. I’ve spoken with her on several occasions. She is so professional but also talks to me as a person. Very sweet!! She was very thorough with our policies. I don’t get stressed having to call if I do because I have never had a rude person there. Genna is my new go to agent. Thank you for the chat earlier. :)"

"I called State Farm to get a quote and the amazing person who helped me was Jenna G. My situation was a little more than just a quote, and that's why this review.
Jenna was so caring and understanding with my situation, that she went above and beyond with information and what my best options were. And you know what really did it for me? Her honesty. Yes, because of my situation, she was so truthful and said “ I haven't worked on (my situation) for a while, but I have a co-worker who has. Let me get more information from him, and I will call you back asap”. And she did!
I know that we live in a fast world, but we need to remember that if you want something done right, we need to give it time. Also, let's not forget that they are human too and we need to help each other. THANK YOU SO MUCH JENNA G!!!"

"I have been with them for many years and they have been the best hands down. Any time I call someone answers and everything gets done that day. I know when I call it won't be a long dragged out conversation and everything will be taken care of. I dont ever see myself switching.
